The L. Edward Bryant, Jr. National Health Law Transactional Moot Court Competition involves giving written and oral business law advice to a health care client. It is a great writing and oral advocacy experience at the intersection of transactional business law and health care.
In a nutshell, you will write a client memo in January & February. You will hone and polish oral presentations to client board in February & March.
