Schedule an Appointment to View Archival Materials

Materials are available Monday through Friday when the Library is open. An appointment and handling instruction is required.

The Bioethics Research Library asks that you schedule an appointment to access our special collections and archival materials. These materials require delicate care and handling. There will be instruction provided during your first visit on the process and methods to use. Once this form has been filled out a member of our staff will contact you.

Your materials will not be ready until after we contact you. Most materials are available within 2-3 days business days. A member of our staff will be in touch to confirm the best time for you to visit the library to view the materials retrieved for you. Items requested on the weekends, or on holidays will be available within 2-3 business days.

Note: This service is intended for patrons of the Bioethics Research Library. The Bioethics Research Library is not open to the general public. Please review our admittance policy here if you are unsure of your eligibility for this service. All of our digitized archival materials are available online, free of charge.
