CPR – New Playlist of Songs to Time Compressions

When administering CPR, rescuers have long turned to popular songs to serve as a guide for timing the recommended 100 compressions per minute.

The longtime favorite has been “Stayin’ Alive” by the Bee Gees.  But now New York Presbyterian has shared a longer and more up-to-date playlist that includes Beyonce, Shakira, and Barenaked Ladies.
