Jahi McMath Breathes on Her Own Nearly 3 Years after Her “Death”

The family of Jahi McMath has not yet formally introduced any evidence that Jahi is now alive despite being declared dead in December 2013.  But the time for civil discovery is drawing near in their Alameda County medical malpractice lawsuit.

In the meantime, at the end of September, they posted this video that purportedly shows Jahi breathing on her own.
