Bad Surrogate – Jean Kasem

I have written a lot about how hospitals and others are able to “replace” surrogates when they fail to make medical decisions in accord with required standards.  

But rarely does the surrogate act so completely off the charts as the allegations in this new lawsuit allege against the wife of former radio host Casey Kasem.
